2. Sources of Personal Information

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:

We will not use your personal information for a materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purpose without providing you notice.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, session duration, approximate location, and device type. You can learn more at Google's Privacy Policy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We have linked our Google Analytics property to a Google Ads account. Depending on our advertising settings, information collected through Google Analytics may be used to measure advertising performance and to serve advertising to you on other websites and platforms ("cross-context behavioral advertising"). See Section 6 regarding your right to opt out.

The Site also honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where your browser transmits them, and we treat a valid GPC signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser.

5. Disclosure of Personal Information

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information for business purposes to the following categories of recipients:

We do not sell personal information for money. However, under the CCPA/CPRA, the term "sell" is defined broadly, and the use of advertising and analytics cookies that share identifiers with third parties such as Google may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To the extent this occurs, you may opt out as described below.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

6. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

Right to Know

You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, our purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it.

Right to Delete

You may request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions — including where we must retain records to comply with Nevada or California real estate licensing, transaction recordkeeping, tax, or other legal obligations.

Right to Correct

You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing

You may direct us not to sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. See "How to Exercise Your Rights" below, or transmit a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger this right. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide the required mechanism.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide you a different level or quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
