Concierge trip planning is a paid service: a planning fee up front ($2,500 for a weekend, $7,500 for a week) plus 20% of trip costs, with a written scope before any work begins. Fees for everything are on one page. Prefer plain email? show email address (new inquiries get a faster reply through the form). New inquiries start in writing, so the reply is in writing too.
